Lost at sea

Race you there I said to my friend Elise .This holiday I was at my nanas beach house with my dad and my friend .We got to the beach splash splash went the water as we jumped in .Dad yelled “don’t go out to far” we replied “we won’t”. We didn’t realize how far out we were .Elise yelled I think we are caught in a rip she knew that because she had payed attention in the beach safety lesson we had at school .The waves were crashing so hard onto shore .I turned around and saw that Elise was treading water .I thought I might start treading water, but I was a useless swimmer .We were both treading water then we bumped into each other .We looked around, we were surrounded by jellyfish “OW” I screamed Elise shouted “what happened?” .I replied “I think I got a jellyfish sting”. We heard a sound it sounded like a rescue boat .And it was a rescue boat, it took us back to shore . “Thank goodness you girls are ok” said my dad .The lifeguards checked my jellyfish sting they said that it will heal in no time .We wrapped a blanket around us because our lips were blue .We went back to the beach house and had a hot chocolate .We knew we were safe where we were .So we didn’t go to the beach on our holiday again!

If I woke up and it was snowing...

Dear diary,

If I woke up and it was snowing I would put on my warm clothes and jump out my window so my family can’t see me. I would make snowmen, I will even have snowballs ready because what I would do is call out to my sister and say jump out the window and when she jumps out her window I would start throwing the white cold snowballs at her. She will call out to mum “Emmas not getting ready for school” and then mum will come out and ask me if I want to go to school? Do you know what I would say? “No”.
I will jump back through my window and get my snowboard and skis and go snow boarding and skiing. I would love it to be snowing one morning when I wake up because I would do all of those exciting things.
